The OACS Board of Directors is made up of ten representatives from around the province representing the different 5 geographical regions, with two directors elected as provincial representatives. Elections for the director positions are held annually at the Annual General Meeting. Directors are elected for a term of three years, with the option of no more than three consecutive three-year terms.
