"As we plan for our ninth annual festival we are very excited about our excellent venue, awesome adjudicators and of course the free evening concert on Thursday February 28, 2013," writes founder and regional co-ordinator Dennis R. Ullman. "We are working with a very special guest from Nashville at this time, hoping to include this guest as adjudicator and at the evening concert." OCM takes place Feb. 27 to March 1.
